We will meet you within reason.

There is a $100.00 non-refundable deposit for your chosen Puppy.

 If you see a puppy that you are interested in, please call or email me to see if that puppy is still available.. mcalich7@aol.com If you are within driving distance you can come to visit our available puppies. If you are unable to visit the puppies,  I will  email or mail (which ever you prefer) you our puppy deposit contract. When you receive it read, sign, date and return contract to me ASAP via email or priority mail. If I receive the signed contract back through email and deposit is mailed, I will hold your puppy for five (5) days with a good faith hold. If I do not receive deposit on the sixth(6) day, the puppy will be relisted for resale.

When placing a deposit on a puppy, the buyer will need to provide their name, home address, home phone # and email (if one is available). We will need to verify that the puppy is going to a family not a puppy mill or other undesirable business. The safety of our puppies, always comes first. 

 If paying deposit or full payment with Paypal, contact me and I will prompt you to  follow the Paypal instructions and than contact me once the payment has been processed.  You will promptly receive a receipt from PayPal and a "Payment Received" receipt from me. Your puppy will be placed on the  reserved list.

 Remaining balance is due at time of pickup, which most be paid in cash only.We will except Paypal for remainder of balance, if received at least 7 days before pickup of your new puppy. (Please don't forget to add the 3.2% to the amount, charged by Paypal.)

Pickup Day....

On the day you pickup your bundle of  joy, we like schedule a pickup time, so that we can have an hour set aside for every puppy & their new family. It usually doesn't take this long. But it gives us plenty of individual time with all our new families. This way there will be ample time to explain all the paperwork, feedings, etc. 

* Puppies must be picked up by new puppy owner(s). This is so the new owner can read & sign the Puppy Contract. This is also to prevent our puppies from going to undesirable businesses. Our puppies go to Famlies only. We reserve the option to ask for state issued photo I.D. if needed.

* Deposits are Non-Refundable

*Puppies are chosen in the order we receive the deposits

*We except money orders, cash, PayPal, Visa & MasterCard and debit bank cards through PayPal.

*If you mail your payments, it is best to use Priority Mail to ensure your payment gets to us within 5 days.

*If we do not receive your payment in 5 days we cannot hold the puppy of your choice and it will be re-listed for sale.

*If paying by PayPal please add 3.2% of your payment to cover the PayPal fees. 

 Puppies are like children and they need TLC, proper care and supervision at all times. When you are unable to supervise them, please be sure to put him/her in a clean dry crate for their own protection. Puppies get into all kinds of trouble when left unattended.  We will always be a safety net for you and your dog. No matter how old. If for any reason you can not keep him/her, you can return them to us. We know circumstances may change.
