John & Jadine Kunce Morgan & George I recently purchased my first dachshund from Cheryl, I can't say enough about how her and her family take care of these puppies and their parents! Cheryl is just wonderful, she was always available to answer the MANY questions I had via e-mail, which made everything for me a lot easier. She sent updates every week on the puppies growth, development, personality, and adorable photos. Living in Maryland I was not able to see my puppy until the day of pick up, but with Cheryl's weekly updates I felt as if was able to see the puppy every week. The day of the pick up was great, Cheryl explained everything very well and answered anymore questions that we had. I couldn't be more pleased with purchasing a puppy from her. Before choosing to purchase a puppy from Cheryl I interviewed over 30 different breeders world wide and out of all of them Cheryl seemed the most caring of not only the breed, but her own dogs, which made my decision very easy! Bella came home very spoiled and with a very thoughtful bag of goodies! If we decide to purchase another dachshund Cheryl is the lady I'm contacting! I will highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for the breed! We recently purchased two puppies from Cheryl and were extremely pleased! We were so thankful to have found Cheryl on our venture to purchase a dachshund puppy...After talking with many breeders, it was clear from the first time we spoke that she was the one we wanted to purchase a puppy from. We loved how she updated the website at least once every week and answered our emailed questions so fast. She allowed to us visit many times before we got the babies, and it is just obvious how much she cares for and loves the puppies (and their parents). ****Heather Wilson.... I just bought a pup from Cheryl and everything she has said has been to the tee. My little guy was already prespoiled and is a terror. But he gets along great with my other dogs and is fearless. He shows my older dogs who is boss and gives us a laugh everyday. I could not ask for a better puppy. ****Heather...Hello we bought out male dachshund (Chillee) off of Cheryl about a year ago. We could not of asked for a better temperament and Cheryl and her family were wonderful I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new family member. In our house we had a 4yr old Chow Chow and a 2yr old female dachshund (Vienna) they all did wonderful. I also have taking Chillee to work at my parents we own a business. They have a 15yr old lab and a 10yr old lab as well as my sister brings her 2 Chihuahuas to work and they have all got along, as well. There were no vet issues, he is perfect. He is a little older than a year old now and weighs 8.8lbs Housebreaking was not hard for us as when I was at work my husband was home. We got him on the same schedule as our other dogs, granite we had some accidents but as long as you are consistent you should not have any problems. Cheryl new his personality before we even took him home, and she was to the tee. They socialize and spoil each one before hand as I am sure she might have told you. She was very honest and still keeps in touch just to see updated pictures and just to check in. I recommend if you are serious about getting a dachshund you cannot go wrong by buying one from Cheryl.
****Sandra Crue...... My Mom just got Max from Cheryl over the weekend. I can't say enough about her. She sent us pictures and updates on Max every week. I highly recommend Cheryl. In summary I do NOT consider her a breeder, but a care taker and animal lover.
****Krista Brackin ......Cheryl is an wonderful breeder and her puppies are amazing! I recently got a black and tan long haired female that we named April Rose for my mom for her birthday. She has been amazing and everyone loves her. She is coming along very well and she's a true blessing!

Our little Deuteronomy (Deut) was born on March 14, 2010. Although we had been corresponding for several months with Cheryl, we first had the opportunity to meet her and the family on March 30, the day we selected Deuteronomy. That meeting solidified our trust and faith in Cheryl's loving approach and expertise as a breeder. Her care and thoughtfulness in each communication and each meeting sent a positive feeling that we are still experiencing today. We picked up our long-haired black and tan on May 8 and it has been an awesome two plus months since then. Little Deut is now the king of our home and he loves his big brother, eight-month old Peyton (Scottish Terrier). We have Cheryl and her dedication to the breed to thank for bringing this extra joy into our home. We would be proud to recommend Cheryl and this wonderful breed to anyone looking to take a fun and exciting step forward. We look forward to seeing Cheryl soon to show off our wonderful Deuteronomy!
